We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Wake Forest, NC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
In order to provide our patients with the highest quality of dental care, we provide them with estimates of treatment fees.The patient, parent and/or guardian is responsible for the patient portion on the date of service.

We understand how important dental insurance benefits are for patients. Please keep in mind that the dental plan selected by your employer was most likely based on the company's purchasing power, not one designed with your unique dental needs and wants in mind. Dental insurance benefits can be very complex; our role is to assist you with filing your claims and to try to obtain the most benefits from your insurance carrier. However, it is extremely rare that a dental carrier will cover 100% of our fees. Dental insurance helps defray the cost of some types of dental services and treatment. Our commitment is to our patients and their oral health. Dr. Martin recommends treatment based on your health not the dental insurances' intrepretation of health.
